Yep. This is a 1:8 twist as well. Perfect for a long range set up.

I haven't decided yet. This one will be a hunter so I don't want to get huge with it. Probably a 2.5x8.

Great deer cartridge. I had an Encore pistol in .260. It was very accurate with the factory Rem 140 grain loads.

I have loaded the 120 ballistic tip "hunting" bullet in the 260 before with spectacular results. Out to 400 yards it works great.Groups ran .2"
